1. Definitions

"Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions. "mekongined", "we", "us", "our" refers to the educational organisation operating under that name at 125 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Kho Laem, Bangkok 10120. "Service" refers to the financial education programs, sessions, materials, and community access we provide. "User" or "you" means any individual who enrols in a program, submits an enquiry, or accesses our website. "Content" means course materials, workbooks, session recordings (where provided), and forum content.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, confirming enrolment, or making payment for a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Use of our website also constitutes acceptance. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to enrol. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mekongined regarding the Service.

3. Description of Services

mekongined provides structured financial education for adults, delivered in small cohort groups. Current programs are:

• Organising Your Financial Life at Forty — 7-week foundation program (฿6,600)
• Intermediate Investment Strategies for the Second Act — 9-week intermediate program (฿18,900)
• Thoughtful Philanthropy and Wealth Transition Program — 13-week senior program (฿36,700)

Course content, schedule, and delivery format (online or in-person) are described in course information provided at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to modify session formats for reasons outside our control, provided the educational content and private consultation commitments are maintained.

Geographic access: All programs are accessible to participants in Thailand. Online participation is available from any location with a suitable internet connection.

4. Enrolment and Accounts

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from mekongined. Some programs require a short intake conversation before placement is confirmed; this is described in the course information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information you provide. Forum access credentials and course materials are personal to you and may not be shared with third parties.

5. User Responsibilities

• Attend sessions prepared and engage in good faith with the cohort and instructors
• Respect the cohort confidentiality commitment signed before the program begins
• Not record sessions, extract, or redistribute course materials without written permission
• Not use forum access to share, solicit, or promote financial products or services
• Conduct yourself respectfully toward instructors, advisors, and fellow participants

mekongined reserves the right to remove any participant from a cohort for serious breach of these responsibilities, without refund, at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, workbooks, case studies, templates, and written content remain the intellectual property of mekongined. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course content without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due in full before course access is granted, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

Cancellation and refunds:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before cohort start date: full refund
• Cancellation 7–14 days before start: 50% refund, or transfer to next available cohort
• Cancellation less than 7 days before start, or after start: no refund; transfer to next cohort available at our discretion

If mekongined cancels a cohort, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

8. Disclaimers

mekongined provides financial education, not financial advice. Course content is for learning purposes and does not constitute investment, tax, legal, or regulatory advice specific to your personal circumstances. Nothing in our programs should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

The Service is provided in good faith and to the best of our instructors' knowledge, but is offered without warranty of fitness for any particular financial outcome. Individual financial situations vary and personal decisions based on program content remain entirely your own responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, mekongined's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the course fee paid by you. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including losses arising from financial decisions made following course participation. Force majeure events (including public health measures, natural disasters, or infrastructure failure) that prevent session delivery will not constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold mekongined, its instructors, and advisors harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of course materials, or your violation of the cohort confidentiality commitment.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to any program or forum in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, without prior notice in cases where the breach is causing harm to other participants or staff. Either party may terminate a course enrolment in accordance with the cancellation terms in section 7. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be subject to a good-faith informal resolution process. If not resolved within 30 days of written notice, disputes may be referred to the courts of Bangkok, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Where applicable, Thai consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522, apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. These Terms represent the full agreement between you and mekongined regarding the Service and supersede any prior communications. Notices under these Terms may be sent to the contact details below.
