1. Introduction
mekongined ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling personal information with care. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect data that individuals provide when engaging with our courses, website, or communications. It applies to all data subjects regardless of nationality, and is written in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). 2. Data We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to deliver and administer our educational programs:

- Payment details: Transaction records for course fees. We do not store card data — payments are processed by a third-party provider.
- Usage data: Pages visited, session duration, and browser type, collected via cookies when consent is given.
Legal basis: Contract performance (course delivery), legitimate interest (course administration), and consent (marketing communications and analytics cookies).
Retention: Contact and enrolment data is retained for three years after the last interaction. Payment records are retained for seven years as required by Thai accounting regulations.

We do not use personal data to market financial products, and we do not pass data to financial providers or institutions.
4. Data Sharing
